RC Smith Design Build, in partnership with Ron Arnold of Keller Williams Reality is offering a free seminar exploring the opportunity presented by adding an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) or Granny Flat to your property.  Changes in State Legislation have eased restrictions and opened the door to adding these units.

We’re hosting an event at the Keller Williams office in Brea right off Imperial Hwy and the 57 Fwy. It’s on Oct 17th at 7 pm and we’ll even have dessert there for you. You can expect an hour-long informational presentation with a team of professionals there to answer all your questions.  Our team includes:
